    About this event

Please join the International Humanistic Management Association (IHMA) and Sandra Waddock (Boston College) for an Intellectual Shaman conversation with Dr. Phil Mirvis to discuss the topic "Reimagining Leadership Development: Mind Expanding and Heart Enriching Experiences"

This presentation and discussion will take you on leadership journeys around the world, service learning assignments in rural villages and inner-cities, and into the "craft" of leadership. We all talk about the need for more responsible leadership but how do people develop the necessary mindset and skillset? Not in most classrooms. Here you'll find ideas and maybe some inspiration to reimagine your own teaching, research, and learning development doings.
