Exploring Social Networks, Competitive Actions and Dynamic Capabilities in Organizations
Workplace relations are changing due to COVID-19. Hence, social networks will be increasingly managed in organizations. Although there is some literature on competition in social networks, the network dynamics and organizational dynamic capabilities of competitive action are not investigated. Therefore, improving understanding of network dynamics, competitive actions and dynamic capabilities in organizations is warranted. Better understanding of not merely positive competitive actions, but rather both positive and dark competitive actions will help foster and implement stronger policies that will in turn, develop stronger governance in organizations and in the global society at large.
