Dear colleagues,
We plan to submit a proposal for a symposium for EAWOP that will focus on downsizing and employee well-being, work experience, and careers (Deadline for Submission is November 15).
We are looking for one or two more contributions where researchers can share findings, and new perspectives on:
• The short- and long-term effects of downsizing on employee psychological and physical health
• Strategies for supporting remaining employees after workforce reductions
• Effective management practices that can mitigate such adversities
• Cultural and industry-specific differences in downsizing approaches and outcomes
