2025 Conference on Commitment
Rethinking Workplace Bonds in the Contemporary Employment Context

Purpose
This in-person small conference brings together a community of scholars interested in the phenomenon of commitment to share and discuss ideas and findings relating to the conference theme: Rethinking workplace bonds in contemporary employment contexts. The purpose of this conference is to advance the literature by promoting leading-edge thinking on all aspects and forms of commitment. The small size of the conference is designed to promote interaction and dialogue among attendees to facilitate networking and sharing ideas.
Program
The conference will begin Monday 21 July 2025 at 9:30 and end on Wednesday, 23 July at 13:00 with an optional networking opportunity the evening before (Sunday 20 July at 17:30). There will be 25 presentations of a variety of lengths and formats on the single-track conference program. Registration is required to attend the conference events.
The 6th Conference on Commitment is being held just prior to the 2025 AOM Meetings in Copenhagen and, assuming sufficient interest, a bus will be charted to take attendees from Nijmegen to Copenhagen.
