    Dear Colleagues,

    We are excited to announce a special issue of Personnel Review focused on how HRM can respond to social change. The special issue invites papers addressing how recent social and geopolitical changes have necessitated a response by human resources leaders and professionals to adapt or develop practices and policies to effectively support and respond to employees' evolving social attitudes and expectations.

    Topic Areas:
    -Evolving Views of Work and New Ways of Working;
    -Worker Vulnerability and Marginalisation;
    -Spillover of Global Issues and Crises into Workplaces;
    -Organizational Responses to Worker Activism and Organizing;
    -Engaging with the UN Sustainable Development Goals

    Deadline is April 15, 2025
