Invitation to Participate in Research Study
Dear Colleague,
Working in higher education is about more than just doing our jobs. It's also about the connections we build - whether through teaching, mentoring, or managing. The experiences we bring shape how we support one another.
I'm conducting a research study for my PhD dissertation on how compassion is experienced by faculty and administrators in higher education. If you're a full-time academic professional with thoughts or experiences around compassion in your work, I'd love for you to participate.
The interview will be conversational, focusing on your insights and experiences. I may follow up afterward to make sure everything is accurately captured.
If you're interested in sharing your perspective, please reply by text or email. Interviews will take place from mid-November through December. Your input could help foster a more compassionate future in higher education.
