    Dear OB Colleagues:

    We have an opening for a PhD researcher passionate about leadership to join a collaborative project between the Royal Military Academy, Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and KU Leuven:

    PhD Position in Leadership and the Design of Organizational Routines (fully funded, 4 years, starting in September 2025)

    The PhD candidate will conduct research in collaboration with all three universities (RMA, KUL, VUB), benefiting from their combined expertise in organizational behavior, defense and security studies, and advanced research methods.

    This unique opportunity is ideal for those passionate about advancing the science of leadership and organizational routines. Final-year Master's students are also encouraged to apply, provided they complete their degree before the start date.
