CEIBS Invites Applications for Faculty Positions in 
Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management

The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) invites applications for the following faculty positions with the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management:

• Full Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management. Successful applicants have a demonstrated capacity for high-caliber research, and are expected to teach in MBA, EMBA, and / or Executive Education programs.

Ideal candidates should hold a PhD degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines, have established their scholarly expertise in a certain area and are still active in conducting research, and can teach organizational behavior, leadership, or human resource management courses and elective courses such as creativity and innovation or change management.

Faculty compensation is internationally competitive and commensurate with qualifications. In addition to the base salary, the school provides its faculty with an adequate housing allowance, an education allowance for international schooling of faculty's children, international private medical insurance as well as a private pension plan. The full annual compensation package for assistant professor rank starts from RMB 1 million. Additionally, the school offers generous research funding, teaching load reductions or bonuses for high-caliber scholarly publications, and a reduced teaching load for the first three years. CEIBS' working language is English, and CEIBS faculty can choose to be based in Shanghai, Beijing, or Shenzhen in China.
