    Dear first-time AOM attendee,

We are writing to notify you of the OB Division's Welcome-A-Member program at this year's annual meeting. This program is designed to extend a warm welcome to new members attending the meeting for the first time by pairing them with more experienced OB Division members. Experienced members help by meeting with you online before the meeting to offer guidance on how to organize one's time at AOM. In-person meetings during AOM may also be arranged if schedules allow. Past participants in the program have indicated how helpful the experience was for getting guidance on what otherwise might have been an overwhelming process.

This program is meant to help new members navigate the annual meeting and to provide them with somebody to connect with while there. Although we try to match people based on common research interests, the program is not meant to provide research mentoring.

Please fill out the short survey below if you are interested in participating. The survey will close at the end of the day on Friday, June 24th. New members will be paired with experienced members on a first-come first-served basis.
