Apologies for cross-posting.
Dear colleagues,
We are conducting a meta-analysis on self- and other-rater work-nonwork experiences and are seeking unpublished research reports (e.g., dissertations, theses, preprints, work currently under review) that fulfill the 3 following criteria:
- Reports any form of work-nonwork experience (work-nonwork/work-life/work-family balance/conflict/enrichment)
- Assesses this work-nonwork experience by a focal employee (with any type of employment) and the perception of the focal employee's experience by an observer (including, but not limited to, supervisors, coworkers, spouses/significant others, children) AND reports their correlation
- Is written in English, German, Norwegian, Hebrew, Portuguese, or Spanish
If you have an unpublished study that fits these criteria, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with us. Should you have unfinished papers, please send us the current title of your paper, authors, a sample description, and the correlation table.
