Visa Information for International Visitors: Great news for international attendees! Citizens from the United Kingdom, Japan, and select European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and others, can travel to Vietnam visa-free for stays of up to 45 days, making your journey to Ho Chi Minh City seamless and hassle-free. For other nationalities, Vietnam offers a convenient e-visa system, accepted at 13 international airports (e.g., Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City), 16 land border gates, and 13 sea border gates. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please review the latest visa requirements and apply for an e-visa online if needed. Note that visa application letters will only be issued to participants who have completed and paid for their registration.
