The Lectureship pays tribute to Hugh's contributions to the field of careers and his transdisciplinary and human approach to research. The Hugh Gunz Lectureship at the University of Toronto Mississauga aims to build on Hugh's lifelong passion for the study of work and careers. Each year, we invite a distinguished scholar whose work exemplifies a deep commitment to fulfilling human potential in the context of organizational life. The first speaker is Dr. Celia Moore from Imperial College, UK. Celia will link Hugh's work with hers to consider what success in one's career journey means and what that journey entails.
