Dear AOM Community,
Greetings to all esteemed researchers and colleagues in the field of workplace injustice! I am thrilled to invite your participation in a meta-analysis project focused on the impacts of observed injustice in the workplace.
As a master student from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, I am working with my coauthors to conduct a meta-analysis on advancing the understanding of observed workplace injustice and exploring the various factors and mechanisms that may influence key employee outcomes. The pre-registered protocol for this meta-analysis is publicly available on the Open Science Framework (OSF) at https://osf.io/5y67h.
As you have published studies relevant to this topic, we are reaching out to kindly ask if you have any unpublished studies, in-press papers, or conference presentations that we may have missed through database searching, and which you would like to have included in the meta-analysis.
You are welcome to share either summary statistics (e.g., effect sizes, correlations, sample sizes) or raw data, from which we can compute the necessary information. Any raw data will be treated with the strictest confidentiality, and only aggregated summary scores will be made publicly available as part of our meta-analytic dataset on OSF. All your contributions will be appropriately acknowledged in our final meta-analysis report.
The latest date we will be able to include your data in our meta-analysis is June 30th, 2025.
If you are open to contributing or have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly via xizhiliu@link.cuhk.edu.cn or reply to this post. Your support in helping us make this analysis as comprehensive and representative as possible is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
Xizhi Liu
