Dear Scholars,
We are organizing a symposium on Cultural Tightness and Its Impact on the Workplace. This symposium aims to explore how cultural tightness influences various organizational outcomes, such as employee behavior, leadership effectiveness, and innovation.
We are currently seeking one additional presentation to join our symposium. We welcome empirical, theoretical, and methodological contributions that enrich our understanding of cultural tightness and its implications for organizational behavior.
