Dear All,
I hope this message ALSO finds you well!
The Foundation Lab (Yichen Tang, Adriana Cañas) is organizing a panel discussion on the emerging phenomenon of "Quiet Quitting" in the workplace for the SIOP 2025 Annual Conference.
This panel will delve into Quiet Quitting from a multi-level perspective, examining its antecedents, implications, and measurement considerations. We are seeking thought-provoking and knowledgeable practitioners and academics who can share their insights on this critical topic.
If you have expertise in studying, managing, or experiencing Quiet Quitting, we would love to hear from you. Our goal is to foster a rich dialogue on Quiet Quitting, discuss its impact, and explore effective strategies for addressing this behavior in the workplace.
If you are interested in joining us as a panelist or know someone who would be a great fit, please reach out to me at yichentang@gatech.edu with a brief description of your background and how you can contribute to the discussion. We would appreciate hearing from you by September 25th, which is two weeks before the SIOP submission deadline.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to an important and timely conversation at SIOP 2025.
Cheers,
Chris
