The School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York at Binghamton) seeks to fill one position at the Associate/Full Professor level in the area of Leadership and Multi-Level Issues, starting in mid-August 2023, subject to budgetary approval.

Faculty in the Leadership and Organizational Science Area at Binghamton University have a strong collegial relationship and regularly collaborate on research topics that integrate micro/macro disciplines, leverage different methodological perspectives (e.g., qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches), and utilize various multilevel analytical tools (e.g., WABA, RCM/HLM, MSEM, multilevel networks, agent-based simulation). We are seeking a senior established researcher who would complement this orientation, with a research focus in leadership and multilevel issues. Specifically, we are looking for a researcher with a strong methodological foundation and willingness to engage in multilevel research and with researchers focused on different/multiple levels of analysis.

Professional Responsibilities. The research component requires continued publication in high-quality, top-tier journals and the attainment, or potential to attain, major federal research grants (e.g., from NSF, NIH, DOD). Faculty are expected to participate in curriculum development and assessment, and engage in other service duties for the school and the college, both internally and externally.
